Correction to False Claims Regarding Finnish Millionaire’s Affiliation With Camoradar

Camoradar corrects misinformation circulating online regarding Finnish millionaire Ossi Ketola's involvement with the publication.

In a thread posted last evening Sopsy, the founder of Ylilauta, implied that Ketola is affiliated with Camoradar's editorial side.

Sopsy claims that Ossi was involved in the writing of the Camoradar article

When asked why he sold a majority stake in the company to the very people he accuses of pressuring him to prioritize profits over improving their product, Sopsy deflected by saying, "Ossi wrote about it better than I could have myself."

Sopsy's remark is somewhat ambiguous, but it strongly suggests that he is referring to the Camoradar article that revealed his initial motives for selling the majority stake in the company. This subtle implication has led many to believe that Ossi might have had a hand in the article.

Ossi Ketola is simply an innocent bystander and a philanthropist with no connection to Camoradar’s editorial activities. His only involvement with the magazine occurred earlier this summer when he generously stepped in to assist during a crisis, providing support after a letter bomb attack targeted Camoradar headquarters. Beyond this act of kindness, Ketola has no affiliation with the magazine or its content.

The piece in question was produced by Camoradar’s award-winning reporters, who are well-known for their thorough investigative journalism.
