Austrian Fortnite Pro "aqua" Mysteriously Vanishes—Cryptic Posts Raise Fears

David "Aqua" Wang, an Austrian Fortnite professional player and former Fortnite World Cup champion, has been missing for over a week, with disturbing new details raising concerns about his safety.
The last confirmed sighting of aqua dates back to mid-February, when airport CCTV footage at Vienna International Airport captured him being escorted toward a private jet by a previously unidentified black man. Witnesses described the individual as over two meters tall and heavily built.
Further investigation has now identified the man as Saka Zumba, a Sudanese serial criminal. Zumba is listed on Interpol’s Most Wanted list, with a history of involvement in organized crime and armed robbery.
Flight records indicate that the aircraft, registered as D3NGI-PL4N3, is owned by a company based in Curaçao. Tracking data from Flightradar24 suggests the plane was en route to the United Arab Emirates (UAE), but further details remain unclear.

Since his disappearance, aqua's social media accounts have been unexpectedly active, raising further alarm. Several posts have surfaced on his X account, seemingly portraying him in a concerning state.
In one image, aqua is seen sitting on a chair wearing a T-shirt promoting a gambling-related brand. Another video post features him announcing a partnership with CSGOEmpire for their upcoming platform, Duel.com. In the video, he appears visibly nervous, reading from a script, while a large, black man stands behind him in an unsettling manner.

Austrian authorities appear uninterested in the case. When contacted for comment, a spokesperson for the Austrian Federal Criminal Police Office (Bundeskriminalamt, BK) reportedly dismissed the situation, stating, "We couldn’t care less about some Fortnite nerd."
With little official intervention, aqua’s whereabouts and well-being remain uncertain. The involvement of a private jet, an offshore-registered company, and a series of cryptic posts point to a potential case of coercion or abduction, but concrete evidence remains elusive.
This is a developing story, and updates will follow as more information emerges.
